SimORBIT is a high-accuracy orbital modeling software for LEO satellite simulations, bringing a new level of accuracy and realism to LEO application testing by combining the simulation of precise LEO orbits and highly accurate GNSS signals.

Unique Features

SimORBIT tool has been developed by SpacePNT in partnership with Spirent

  • It implements a highly accurate dynamic model specifically designed to meet the stringent simulation requirements of precise orbit determination (POD) for LEO satellites.

SimORBIT efficiently complements Spirent’s GNSS simulators

  • It brings a new level of accuracy and realism to LEO application testing by combining the simulation of precise LEO orbit and highly accurate GNSS signals

With SimORBIT, the user can:

  • Create a new LEO constellation from scratch or through RINEX file importation;
  • Start a simulation to compute the satellite orbits in high accuracy;
  • Display the results that have been previously computed.
